HIT – TODAY  One of the leading providers of information technology (IT) solutions and services in Kuwait & the region.  Combines best-of-breed products and technologies with local market industry knowledge and expertise  Hasibat is the first IT company in Kuwait publicly held, and traded in the Kuwait stock exchange  Established in April 2004 as a Kuwaiti shareholding company (closed) with an initial capital of One Million Kuwaiti Dinars to cater to the IT business in Kuwait.  In March 2004, Kuwait Computer Company was restructured and the name was changed to Hasibat Holding Company

HIT HISTORY  Began providing IT solutions and services in Kuwait & the region in 1983 under the name Kuwait Computer Company (Hasibat)  Hasibat was acquired by the KIPCO group with a majority share, in 1998 till  Hasibat was owned by Arabi Group from 2001 to 2007 who had almost 51% of the shares.  Till May, 2013, Safat Energy Company held the majority shares.  From June, 2013, Hasibat is fully owned by Sahara Petroleum Co.
