Presentation transcript:

 My book is placed in the future in the “Three Realms”.  Realm Three is very city like and where the wealthiest, smartest people and their families live.  Realm Two has the middle class people. The in between part of the Realms  Realm One has poorer people living there, and it is very country like.  If this wasn’t included in the book you wouldn’t know where the main characters come from.

 Linus – Linus is a 13 year old boy and lives in Realm Three. He is tall, scrawny, and has bright blue eyes. His personality can be described as intelligent, generous, and sincere.  Chem - Chem is a 13 year old boy and is Linus’s bestfriend and he also lives in Realm Three. He is obnoxious, arrogant, caring. He looks tall, muscular, has a big burn scar on his neck.  Yosh – Yosh is a 12 year old boy who lives in Realm Two. He is mentally challenged and can’t speak or spell correctly. He is courageous, critical, and a know it all. He also is short and boney.

 The main conflict in this book was Linus, Chem, and Yosh tried the change places (their lives). It was Man vs. Society because they all had to break the laws of the Realms, leave their families and everything behind forever.

 Linus lives in Realm Three and meets a boy named Yosh online which lives in Realm 2. Since they are forbidden to talk in real life, they talk online for months. They shortly realize that they want to trade places; living each other’s life. So they come up with a plan, breaking the Realm’s laws to switch places. They use theirs friends help once they realize the challenges they are going to face along the way.

 Theme : If you believe hard enough any thing can happen  Evidence #1 – Liunis, Yosh, and Chem know that they could get arrested doing their plan.  #2 – Meig finds out about what they are doing, but doesn’t tell the Great Professor.  #3 - Chem has to break into the system to change the scores of Linus and Yosh.

 The point of view for this book is 3 rd person omniscient, because it shows the feelings and thoughts of 4 main characters. This helps the reader understand the book better because you know what each character is feeling/thinking. If this wasn't the point of view for this book you would of known the thoughts of the characters as much.

 The subway (not the food place) in this book symbolizes the commitment of Lunis and Yosh. Because as they take the subway different directions to switch places, it shows their determination and dedication to their plan.

 I don’t recommend this book to anyone because it is very long and dragged out and just boring. It is also very technical because it talks about technology and time travel and all that type of stuff in it. It has very long, nerdy, technical words in it so it is hard to keep up with. This book is also is very predicable which is what makes it so boring.
