2 This month’s educational session will look at exactly what activities partial qualifiers and student managers can and cannot participate in for your program.

15 A more detailed list of what qualifiers and partial qualifiers are eligible for can be found in your NCAA Division II Manual (Figure 14-3, page 106)
16 Now lets look at the differences between a student-athlete manager and a non-athlete student manager.
17 Student-Athlete Manager A student-athlete, who is a full qualifier, may serve as a student-manager and is eligible for all activities of a student manager and a full athletic qualifier.
18 Student-Athlete Manager A student-athlete, who is a full qualifier, may serve as a student-manager and is eligible for all activities of a student manager and a full athletic qualifier. A student-athlete, who serves as a manager, must also meet all applicable legislation for eligibility, including initial-eligibility requirements (academic and amateurism), progress-toward-degree requirements, full-time enrollment and Division II Bylaw 17 (playing and practice seasons) requirements.
