Tasks of WLTP Informal Group / E-Lab. Sub-group / Task Force - 1 IGE-Lab. SGTask Forces Coordination of working structure including overlapping issues. Supervision/Monitoring of SG, TFs, gtr drafting and Round Robin Designate responsible CPs/Individual for each task (see WLTP-05-04) Organization of IG f2f meetings & tel/web conferences Chairs/TS arrange f2f meetings, tel/web conferences, exchanges (whatever appropriate) Responsible CPs/Individual arrange f2f meetings, tel/web conferences, exchanges, if necessary (whatever appropriate) Work on open issues Discussion on the proposals from TFs, then decisions on next actions. Gives guidance and/or ask related members to make a compromised solution when needed Develop proposal and provide it for IG discussion

Aim of Subgroup / Task Forces structure: E-Lab. SGTask Forces Continue to possess E-Lab. SG for its continuity from Phase1a and for its technical uniqueness Direct proposals from individual experts to IG shall be avoided. TF shall ensure pre-discussion of proposal with relevant experts. Only if suitable, designated CPs / experts might be task to deliver proposals for discussion directly to the IG. SG structure shall ensure pre-discussion with the relevant experts and allow the development of draft conclusions. TF shall consider the comments/input during Phase1a and develop proposals. This should enhance quality and speed in developing the gtr. TF shall have an unbureaucratic structure with a coordinator or designated CP/expert who is the contact person for the IG leaders. Only the relevant experts shall be involved. Involvement of all other stakeholders will be ensured at latest on IG level.
