Gimmel Tammuz is coming our way, What are we doing to prepare for this day? As always the Bnos Chabad has a Hachana in store, It’s connected to Hayom Yom, but wait! There’s more! The Rebbe compiled the thoughts of each day, And we will be learning them, in a creative way. Each morning, when you log onto class you will see, A slideshow Hachana on the board for you and for me. You’ll read the Hayom Yom and discuss it too, The main thing – you’ll see what ACTION you can do, That connects to that day’s thought and to Moshiach as well, And you’ll fill out a form – what did you do? Please tell! Submit your form, and then you can grin, Because who knows? The raffle you may win!

As I sit here with a pen in hand, I truly hope you understand. I honestly couldn’t think of what to write, Should it be a girl doing something not right? Or a adult, recollecting from times gone by? So I decided to give both ideas a try. I wrote a story for them each, But neither seemed right to reach! So I sat down and thought, what should be A example straight from me?* Then a story came in mind, Of a summer at the greatest camp – PC! Every day during rest hour, Tzivos Hashem we would learn, And lots of points we could earn! And on the last day of camp, I nearly cried! Why hadn’t I done Tzivos Hashem all these days, Now it was over, and there were no more ways, To redo and earn more points for a prize, So I got no reward, which was no surprise. It was only after it was all done, That I felt bad that I missed the fun! I realized next year I would have to, Learn Tzivos Hashem by rest hour, that’s what I’d do. So at the end I would not regret it, This lesson – I will never forget it! I sure hope you enjoyed this rhyme, I know it is rather different this time!
