Enter the information request Practice ID: HFiT Username: will be sent to the personal email account of each user Password: will be sent to the personal email account of each user Click “Log in” Completar la información solicitada: Practice ID: TelemedicineSTI Username: colocar su Username correspondiente (enviado previamente a la cuenta de correo electrónico personal de cada usuario) Password: colocar su Password correspondiente (enviado previamente a la cuenta de correo electrónico personal de cada usuario) Dar click en “Log in”

Enter Patient information: First name Last name Patient record number Click “Charts” Click on “Patients” Enter Patient information: First name Last name Patient record number Dar click en la cejilla que indica Patients Introducir el número de identificación o nombre del paciente en el espacio indicado bajo el título de: First name: Last name: Patient record number:

If no record of the patient is found (no results shown on the “Recently accessed patients” box), click “Add patient” Si el paciente no aparece dentro del espacio de la derecha “Recently accessed patients” Dar un click en “Add patient” (en la parte superior derecha de la pantalla, el botón se encuentra a la par de “Find patient” y arriba de “Import Patient”).

Click “Create new patient” Dar click en “Create new patient” Click “Create new patient”

Click “patient doesn’t have a mobile number” Enter Patient information If the patient does not have an email address or phone number: Click “patient doesn’t have an email address” box. Click “patient doesn’t have a mobile number” Click “Save” Introducir información solicitada: Dar click en el espacio patient doesn’t have an email address Dar click en el espacio patient doesn’t have a mobile number Dar click en “Save” en la esquina inferior derecha.

Click “Start a chart note” Dar click en “Start a chart note” (icono azul con signo de mas (+) ubicado en la parte media de la pantalla, debajo de “Patient Actions”)

Enter Vitals of the Patient Height Weight Blood Presure Temperature Pulse Click “CC” (Chief Complain) Enter the patient reason of consultation Click “Sign” Introducir datos en “Blood Pressure” Dar click en el espacio “CC” y escribir “Cita Control Proyecto Telemedicine STI”
