1.Keeping Track of my time at the gym. 2.Making an effort to go to the gym at least 3 days a week. 3.Making an effort to connect with Ms. Rich on a daily basis. Three of Successful Parts
Change 1: Look at my calendar and fix my time management. This would have made my goal more successful because there were some times that I was not able to go to the gym at all, not because I didn’t want to go, but because I had too many other things going on. Change 2: Find another way to graph my information. This would have made it more successful because I would have been able to see not just what days I went tot the gym, but to track the amount of time I was at the gym as well. Possible Changes
Problem 1: My schedule prevented me from going to the gym as much as I wanted to. Solution 1: I had to reorganize my calendar to find time for me to go to the gym. Problem 2: I wanted to keep track of how long I was there and didn’t. Solution 2: Toward the end, I started using “MyFitnessPal” to keep track of how long I was at the gym and what activities I was doing. Problems/Solutions
What did I learn? I learned that the more I went to the gym, the better I felt. My schedule was crazy and because I had too much going on and that I needed to find time to go the gym because it made me feel better. Personal Gain
I would give myself a 95%. I did what I was supposed to and kept track of the assignment. Even though I wasn’t really successful in the end, I know that I am doing what I need to do in the future. Effort and Success
