Ski Jumping is a sport in which skiers go down a take-off ramp, jump and attempt to land as far as possible down the hill below. In addition to the length of the jump, judges give points for style. The skis used for ski jumping are wide and long (260 to 275 centimetres (100 to 108 in). Ski jumping is predominantly a winter sport, performed on snow, and is part of the Winter Olympic Games, but can also be performed in summer on artificial surfaces – porcelain or frost rail track on the inrun, plastic on the landing hill.

Adam Małysz The most well-known polish ski jumper is Adam Małysz. He was born 3 December 1977 in Wisła, Poland. He is the one of the most successful ski jumpers in the history of the sport. The most important of Małysz's successes are 4 individual Olympic Games medals, 4 individual World Championships gold medals (all-time record), 4 individual World Cup titles (all-time record shared with Matti Nykänen), 39 individual competition wins and 92 podiums in total.

Cross-country skiing is a form of ski touring in which participants propel themselves across snow-covered terrain using skis and poles. The activity is popular in many places with large snowfields, primarily Northern Europe,Canada, and Alaska.

Justyna Kowalczyk is a Polish cross country skier who has been competing since Kowalczyk is an Olympic Champion and a double World Champion. She is also the only skier who won the Tour de Ski four times in a row and one of two female skiers, who won the FIS Cross-Country World Cup three times in a row (the other one being Finn Marjo Matikainen). Kowalczyk holds the all-time record for the most wins in Tour de Ski with 14 competitions won and 29 podiums in total.

F1 Racing is the highest class of single- seater auto racing sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The "formula", designated in the name, refers to a set of rules with which all participants' cars must comply. The F1 season consists of a series of races, known as GrandsPrix(from French, originally meaning great prizes), held throughout the world on purpose- built circuits and public roads.

Poland's home ground isNational Stadium in Warsaw and their current head coach is Waldemar Fornalik. The most renowned Polish team was the one of the mid-1970s that held England to a draw at Wembley to qualify for the World Cup in They defeated Brazil 1– 0 to claim third place in the tournament, with striker Grzegorz Lato winning the Golden Boot for his seven goals. Poland also finished 3rd in the 1982 beating France 3–2 in the third-place play-off.
