Here is an easy method to help you make a decision Case study: You are going to shoot video for a regional event that many people will attend, such as a swim meet. While one parent will travel with the child, the other needs to stay home, but would like to see his child compete. You offer to webcast the event for your client, probably an association. They agree that they would like to have their event much more visible. If you think that the client needs some persuasion, then you can offer them a percentage of the proceeds, otherwise you keep everything. You will rely on your client to get the word out to all of their constituents that the event will be webcast. They will use their existing list or newsletter mailings.
