The cost for PlanCommand Planroom members to perform a PlanSwift Takeoff either online (OLT) or on PlanSwift desktop is: $2/file. PlanSwift Takeoff will only be available after electronic files have been paid for and revenue collected by the RSA member location. PlanSwift collects the revenue for Pay-Per-Takeoff in PlanSwift shopping cart. The revenue split between PlanSwift and the RSA member is: 70% PlanSwift and 30% to RSA Shop (minus 70% : 30% cost split for card processing fees). PlanSwift will compensate RSA member a 30% commission for any PlanSwift license sales you generate. Commission Payout is bi-weekly.
