Electronic Systems developed by Team Turkey  Team Turkey Developed a Records Management Platform  Team Turkey has been developed an Open Archive System  A Distance Educational Model has been developed about digitization and protection of cultural heritage by Tolga Çakmak and Özgür Külcü based on Moodle

Acce Developed System: Open Archive System of Team Turkey  TEAM Turkey developed the Open Archive System on the platform of Dspace  Our Open archive system supports cloud taging and have RSS feed.

Open Archive System of Team Turkey In our system it is possible to create more than one collection and sub collections. Thus it would be possible to hold different archive,, museum and archival collection in one system. We organized Turkish interface, it could be changeable with English and the systems allow us to add or delete any metadata or access fields.

Anybody who become a member of the systems have the opportunities to add new content, monitor or browse the systems at any time or place if she or he have internet connection. This system accept any content it would be digital text, image, video, slide etc. in any format.

Sisteme yeni kaynak yükleme üyeler tarafından herhangi bir İnternet noktasında sisteme erişimle gerçekleşebilmektedir. Sistem kaynakların tanımlanmasında Dublin Core tanımlama kriterlerini kullanmaktadır. Sisteme kaynak bilgileri yüklenirken, kaynakların telif hakları ve kullanım hakkını bulunduran kuruluşlara ait bilgilerin ve kullanım koşullarının eksiksiz doldurulması gerekmektedir.

Developed Systems: Education Sytem of Team Turkey A Distance Educational System has been developed about digitization and protection of cultural heritage by Tolga Cakmak and Ozgur Kulcu (members of Team Turkey as part of the European Union Project, AccessIT) based on Moodle. Thanks for Adam and Marchin they created these marvelaous content of education and directed us for developing education system.

Introduction to digitisation This topic outlines basic concepts associated with process of digitisation of cultural heritage. In this part you will learn why digitisation is so important and what is the role of small memory institution in the process of digital preservation. Basic digitisation workflows will be also presented to give you an idea of what should be done in order to create and publish digital version of cultural heritage objects in the Internet. What is the rationale for digitisation activities in cultural heritage domain? Lesson What is the rationale for digitisation activities in cultural heritage domain?
