The following videos are of students attempting a competency

After viewing the videos, please use the corresponding Performance Evaluation Forms to complete the competency of each student according to the form. Sample forms are provided in the Preceptor Guide for your review.

Please have the Performance Evaluation Form for O2 Supply Systems ready for the following video. Preceptor Oxygen Supply

Passing Criteria Students are to obtain a 90% or better on the procedure. Tasks indicated on the form by an * must receive a 1 point or the evaluation is terminated. Procedure must be performed within the designated time or the performance receives a failing grade.

Scoring 2 points – Task performed satisfactory without prompting 1 point – Task performed satisfactory with self-initiated correction. 0 point – Task performed incorrectly or without prompting required. NA – Task not applicable to the patient care situation.
