Birth of a child is a unique experience. Each member of the family in which a child is to be born waits impatiently. Many people have their own habits to welcome a new family member! ☻☻ ☻☻

traditions When a child is born the parents want to show how much they are happy about this fact. This is also shown in the customs. One of the Polish traditions is that parents tie a red bow to a pram. In Poland baby girls wear pink clothes, boys are dressed in blue. It is also a custom that three days after the child is born the cards that it is alright are sent to friends and the rest of the family.

Before a child comes into the world the family prepares a small room for the baby. When the family knows that a girl will be born, the room will be pink with beautiful decorations as for the princess. When a boy will be born parents will decorate its room in blue with ornaments for the little man :- ) Boy & Gir l BABY ♥

After nine months, the child is born. In the Christian faith, the godparents need to be chosen. Parents of the child must make choice who will become the second family of the child. Godparents must be responsible and help to raise the child. When the child is baptised it receives a white robe and a candle. This event is very important for parents and the baby.
