Sussex/Warren Chronic Disease Coalition (formerly Sussex County Cancer Coalition) The Sussex Warren County Regional Chronic Disease Coalition is committed to maintaining a diverse partnership of community members and agencies. This Coalition will be dedicated to the implementation of evidence/practice based policy, environmental, and system change intervention for chronic disease prevention and control with a focus on cancer.

Rotate sites for the flu clinics and would be able to have a clinic in Byram next year if they could handle a large group of people ( people).
