So what’s this all about? Businesses/organisations have objectives Objectives are met by people Skilled & knowledgeable people But what skills & knowledge? And how do they get them?

Training: Organized activity aimed at imparting information and/or instructions to improve the recipient's performance or to help him/her attain a required level of knowledge or skill. Businessdictionary.com says:
