School in changing environment. With the spurt in changes introduced due to implementation of RTE Act 2009, vast expansion of educational and vocational opportunities, expansion of information and technology, managing schools is a more challenging task than ever. It involves multipronged approach by the Head of the School as there are varieties of people and there is need to provide opportunities to all.

WHAT IS MANAGEMENT Management is the art of getting things done through and with the people in formally organized groups. It is the art of creating an environment in which the people can perform as individuals and yet cooperate towards attainment of goals. It involves the utilization of the given resources through the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling to attain the stated objectives.

QUALITY SCHOOL VISION A quality school has an atmosphere and infrastructure conducive to learning, where everyone is happy, radiant and beaming. The Right to information Act, 2005 Role of principal All the HOS of the govt. schools have been designated Assistant Public Information Officer(APIO) for receiving the RTIs pertaining to their school. All RTIs thus received must be addressed and replied to within stipulated time.

Completion of syllabus of SA1 in a all the classes as per time line in weekly test schedule. Zero period timetable for weak students of class XII.

Identification of weak students on the basis of the result of 1 st Term and measures adopted to improve them (Proforma-J) Block teaching for class XI & XII. Planning for Annual Function/Sports day etc. i) Guidelines for annual day at school level. ii) Guideline for school magazine at school level. Counselling of students with short attendance.

10 th February 2015 Completion of syllabus in all the classes. Practicals of board classes (class XII) to be completed/planned. Completion of record of FA4 by all the subject teachers of scholastic areas upto class X. Revision of Syllabus in all the classes upto the class XII. Special emphasis on weak students of all the classes by utilizing Zero period, SUPW periods, P.T Library period etc. Remedial teaching of student of class XII upto issuing of Examination hall admission ticket. Last and final motivational interaction with class XII students
