Manufactured Structure Self Help System I sold/gave away a manufactured structure several years ago, but I’m still getting the tax bill I have/will be demolishing a manufactured structure I’m moving a manufactured structure I’m buying a manufactured structure I have questions about the value of a manufactured structure I own a manufactured structure, but it still shows the seller as the registered owner I want to change the status of a manufactured structure from personal property to real property I want to change the status of a manufactured structure from real property to personal property The registered owner of a manufactured structure passed away and I want to change the ownership I paid off my lender for a manufactured structure, but there is still a security interest listed EXIT

Do you have a bill of sale or any documentation of the new owner accepting ownership with a signature? YESNO

 Current taxes will need to be paid  A Manufactured Structure Notice of Sale/Change of Ownership form will need to be completed Manufactured Structure Notice of Sale/Change of OwnershipManufactured Structure Notice of Sale/Change of Ownership  We will accept your signed documentation from the new owner as signature on the Manufactured Structure Notice of Sale/Change of Ownership form  There is a $55.00 fee to create the new ownership document  Processing this will ensure that you do not receive future tax bills

There are no permits from the assessor’s office, the planning department, or the building department required to do so. When was it/will it be demolished? Prior to January 1 st of the current year Between January 1 st and July 1 st of the current year After July 1 st of the current year

The current taxes are still due. You will need to contact the assessor’s office at so we can make a notation on the account and an appraiser will come out to verify that the structure has been demolished. Once an appraiser has confirmed that the structure has been demolished, we will remove the manufactured structure from the tax roll and update the state records.

You can apply for a July 1 reassessment by completing the Application for Reassessment of Destroyed or Damaged Property and submitting it to our office by August 1st. You will need to contact the assessor’s office at so we can make a notation on the account and an appraiser will come out to verify that the structure has been demolished. Once an appraiser has confirmed that the structure has been demolished, we will remove the manufactured structure from the tax roll and update the state records. Because the Application for Reassessment of Destroyed or Damaged Property was not completed and returned by August 1st, we are unable to remove the current year taxes.
