Before starting a course, make sure your computer can allow pop-ups by disabling any pop-up blockers. For Internet Explorer users, you simply have to click Tools and then Pop-Up Blocker, then click “Turn-off Pop-up Blocker.” Click the course title to begin. To move from one chapter or topic to the next you must navigate the course sequentially. Question and answers throughout the training must be answered in order to progress. To print your Certificate of Completion after successfully completing a course: 1.Go to the My History area. 2.Click the button on the right side of the screen for the desired course. The Certificate screen displays. 3.Click the button. PRINT A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OTHER KNOWLEDGE CENTER AREAS: History allows you to review a list of your completed courses, and any other training items. You may also access the content of a training item course, task, or document in review mode by clicking on the items’ name and selecting “Review Course.” In this section, you may also reprint a Certificate of Completion. Reports displays My Curriculum Reports, which details your progress on each item of training assigned to you. This report will only be visible if your company has imported or is using the curriculum feature. Catalog enables you to search for specific words or phrases in the course’s title or description, and find – and even launch – any training materials if they have been made available to you. What if I Exit a Course Before it’s Completed? A. Your progress in a course is automatically “bookmarked.” If you need to interrupt your training session and continue later, click EXIT. The course remains on My To-Do and you can re-launch it later by clicking on the course name. You will continue the course from where you left off — or review sections you have already completed. Q.Who Can See My Progress? A.There are no scores stored in the system – just a record of whether the course was successfully completed. If you have not yet reached a level of proficiency, the course will simply stay on your To-Do list until it’s completed. Once completed, the term “qualified” is recorded in the system. Managers with viewing rights can see the course status and completions for their direct reports by accessing a special management report. They will also see the term “qualified” next to each completed item.
