Short history Nov : 1st EURISOL TM at GANIL : Witek Nazarewicz (IAP) suggests ISOL user group Nov. 2006: 2nd EURISOL TM. EURISOL UG set up; Angela Bonaccorso chair. Sept. 2007:3rd TM. Angela presents UG and Blog; mixed reactions Today: 1st UG workshop

Charter :Objectives To build up an identifiable User Community for EURISOL To continuously update the EURISOL Physics Case; while Task 10 will now mainly concentrate on instrumentation. To continue to furnish input to the EURISOL concept after the end of the DS To interact with the user communities of the current ISOL facilities. To lobby for the realization of EURISOL

Charter ; Organization Executive board elected by the community 5 members renewed by “half” every n (2 or 3) years Chair designated by the members Do not forget that after July 2009 the DS will disapear
