Searching is easy – you can search for anything you want – be it a name, address keyword, etc. It does not allow for searching part of a word, though. Example – I could search for lighthouse and get any instances of the word lighthouse. However, if I search for light, I will not get the words lighthouse – just light.
By using the “advanced search” link to the right of the search box, I can access more options.
Gmail doesn’t use folders, it uses labels. s can have multiple labels. How do you store a single message in two folders? Removing a label will not remove the messages from Gmail You can create a new label from Labels/Manage Labels or Labels/Create New (if you have a message open)
Contacts are unified across Google Apps (calendar, etc.) Contacts are added automatically Use the Contacts Link on the left side for management
