Preparation When Undecided Taking a wide depth and breadth of courses Research the requirements of potential four year degrees Center for Academic Planning and Exploration for U of M students

Being Undecided and the Transfer Curriculum Majors in similar areas will have similar course requirements and prerequisites Work with advisors at both schools

Public Versus Private Universities Dependent on major requirements Degrees typically designed for four year completion at the U of M Transfer friendly majors, Liberal Education Requirements

Two Year Institution Advising Knowledge of various prerequisite courses by college or major Being familiar with average GPA, knowledgeable about alternative options
