Student Exchanges 3 Who can go on exchanges? currently in a full-time undergraduate degree at the University of Surrey you have the support of your Department for the proposed programme in good academic standing able to cover the cost of the exchange (travel, accommodation, visa fees, insurance, cost of living etc) YOU! If you are:

Student Exchanges 4 When you go abroad… You will usually do this in the second year of your degree course You can go for one semester or one year You are still registered as a Surrey student You continue to pay fees at Surrey You pay no tuition fees to the partner university abroad
