To safely facilitate student arrival please adhere to the following guidelines. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. Students in grades K AM and All Day through 8 will have a 30 minute arrival window from 7:30 am until 8:00 am. Our morning opening ceremony will begin at 7:50 am. Classes will begin promptly at 8:00 am. The K AM and All Day through Grade 8 Arrival Car Loop can be accessed by entering off of either Boulder Highway or through the access to Race Track Road. The traffic will merge and form 2 lanes around the back of the school to the unloading zone. If you have a preference of being in the lane closest to the school, you will want to use the Boulder Highway entrance. PM Kindergarten Students will have a 10 minute arrival window from 11:30 am until 11:40 am. Classes will begin promptly at 11:45 am. The K-PM Arrival Car Loop must be accessed by entering through the access to Race Track Road. The traffic will form 2 lanes around the back of the school to the unloading zone near the Kindergarten playground While in the Unloading Zone, please remain in your vehicle and place your vehicle in park. Your student(s) will be Unloaded via the Drivers Side of your vehicle. A strict speed limit of 5 MPH, as well as a zero tolerance for aggressive behavior will be enforced while on school property. To safely facilitate student dismissal please adhere to the following guidelines. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. All students will be issued visor cards. Additional visor cards can be requested in the office at Pinecrest Academy NV. You may also use a digital photo of your students visor card on a cell phone or electronic device. To pick up a student via the car loop you must have a visor card for each student. Please keep the student visor card visible in the vehicle windshield at all times while in the dismissal car loop. If you are participating in a car pool or child care facility pick up, the vehicle picking up your children must have your students visor card. Car loop duty personnel will call for your student to be released to the loading zone. To pick up a student via Area 51 you must have a visor card for each student. Please walk onto campus via the pedestrian access and present your visor card to the designated school personnel in Area 51. Your student will be released to meet you in Area 51. We ask that all parents waiting in Area 51 remain in the designated area to prevent confusion with the students releasing to the car loop gates. An Afterschool Information form must be completed in the school office if you would like your student to be released as a walker. Please be aware that walkers are released from class at 3:00 pm to leave campus independently. The for is attached for your convenience. The K (PM and All Day) through Grade 8 Car Loop can be accessed by entering off of either Boulder Highway or through the access to Race Track Road.
