WebHopper, Student Timesheets, and You Students use WebHopper to submit timesheets to you electronically for approval. You will use WebHopper to approve student timesheets. The following slides provide an overview of the rejection and approval process. If you have any questions, contact Human Resources.

This summary screen contains the Pay Period, the Approve By Date, Student Name, and Total Hours submitted as worked. A completed timesheet submitted by a student contains a check in the Review Entry column. Click SUBMIT to review the timesheet.
This page reports total hours worked by day. Scrolling down takes you to the decision section. The next slide Is a snapshot of this section. According to your records, the student only worked two hours on the 24 th. (You agree with all other time reported.)
Use this drop box to select a decision regarding the submitted timesheet. Select
Rejecting a timesheet requires an explanation. A notification of your decision is sent to the student. You choose to reject the timesheet.
After rejecting or approving a timesheet, this will be the next screen. Click OK.
When you reject the student’s timesheet, a notification is sent to the student.
When the student resubmits the timesheet for approval, a notification is sent to you.
Select Let’s see what the student submitted…
Total hours have been updated from the previously submitted
The time has been reduced one hour. Scrolling down takes you to the decision section. The next slide Is a snapshot of this section.
The text remains from the last notice sent to the student. You may delete, modify, or add text when responding. Select Approve.
After rejecting or approving a timesheet, this will be the next screen. Click OK.
