Withdraw from College  Students who withdraw from all courses by formal notification to Student Services may receive a refund 100%Day 1-5 of semester 75% Day 6-10 of semester 50% Day of semester 25% Day of semester  No refund after 20 th day of semester  See policy on refund schedule for courses lasting less than 10 weeks  You will receive a ‘W’ on your transcript

Tuition and Fee Payments Spring Due Date December 19, 2014 IMPORTANT: Tuition statements are not mailed out. Balance details are available through e-Services under “Bills and Payment”.

Tuition Payment Options Students must take one of the following actions before the tuition due date:  Make Full Payment  Enroll in Payment Plan  Have Active FAFSA on file w/DCTC Students who do not make arrangements for payment may be dropped from their courses

Payment Plan Information 3 Simple Steps to Enroll 1. Login to e-Services 2. Click “Bills and Payments” tab 3. Click “Enroll in a payment plan” **$30 payment plan fee

Courses Cancelled for Non-Payment Log into e-Services and click on “Bills and Payment.”  If you see a RED STOP SIGN, your classes may be dropped for failing to meet payment requirements.  If you see a GREEN GO SIGN, your classes have been secured. You will not be dropped from your courses.

 Complete the Free Application for Student Aid ( FAFSA) at DCTC’s School Code =  Review Student Aid Report (SAR) The SAR summarizes the data submitted on your FAFSA and indicates your Expected Family Contribution Available 3-5 days after FAFSA is submitted Financial Aid Process

If your FAFSA is selected for Verification, or if additional information is needed, you will be notified via .
