26 Nurse Tank Vehicle Drivers All Drivers  Must be Trained, Tested & Certified Hazmat Employees  Hazmat Employer must have training records and certification  CDL with HME and Tank endorsement or Restricted Seasonal CDL  Meet USDOT Driver Qualification Standards except for age limit

27 Combination Over 26,000 lbs? Trailer Over 10,000 lbs? Driver Needs Class A CDL with HME & Tank Endorsement

28 Nurse Tank Vehicle Drivers Intrastate ONLY Drivers  Must be at least 18 years of age if:  Hauling fertilizer or ag chemicals DIRECTLY TO A FARM FOR ON-FARM USE within 50 mile radius of retailers location
