Definition Tool for Vehicles with Three Wheels or Less This tool is designed to assist you in determining the correct definition as well as any title and or registration requirements for your 2 or 3 wheeled vehicle including: Motorcycles, Low-Power Scooters, Electrical Assist Bicycles, Electronic Personal Assistive Mobility Devices, Toy Vehicles, and standard Bicycles. Please answer NO if your vehicle is not designed, intended, or approved for use on the highway. Vehicles commonly known as mini bikes, pocket bikes, kamikaze boards, go-peds, and standup scooters as well as off-highway vehicles such as ATVs and snowmobiles are not approved for travel on the public highway.
