We're all used to the idea of performers using improvisation to create brilliant art, particularly comedy, music, and drama. But what about using it to improve healthcare? Is there room for creativity and play in the safe, check-listed work of healthcare professionals. Maybe the simple rules of improvisation can teach us a thing or two about how to build teams, deliver excellent patient care, and bring about change in our workplaces. Overview

Learning Outcomes Learn the basic rules of improvisation Understand how to use games to develop ideas and build trust in teams Using "Yes, and..." to deliver excellent care #yesand Learning Outcomes
