Lessons Learned  Comprehensive project management is needed  ESE, school districts, SIS vendors and state vendor must communicate effectively at every step of the way  Focused resources must be deployed from the beginning  Documentation of every move  This is too critical to let fail Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education 5
