Results of the Survey 90% of the students perceived that the ability to send the instructor SMSs during class was useful. The instructor had a positive experience. The number of comments and questions received via the system were about 15 per class. 33.6% gave cost as the main inhibiting factor Participation in m-quizzes was higher than use of the open channel.
