A3IS - The Beginning Small Business Joint Venture Company Founded in 2006 by 4 Small Businesses: SEIDCON, Macfadden, Applied Solutions and Bay State Computers. SEIDCON was established as Managing Partner of the JV Purpose was to pursue and win a GSA Alliant Small Business Contract. Contract was won (GS-06F-0598Z) and proceed notice was given by the GSA Contracting Officer in February, 2009
