2014 National Federation of Families 25 th Annual Conference November 22 nd 3:30-5:00 p.m. Speakers Bureau Subcommittee “TAAG” Members tell their personal stories to middle school and high school students to let them know how these “TAAG” members sought help and can now support other transition age youth and young adults “TAAG” You’re It! Lived It, Learned It, Survived It!!!

WHAT IS A TRIGGER? A trigger is something that sets off a memory tape or flashback transporting the person back to the event of her/his original trauma. Triggers are very personal; different things trigger different people. HOW CAN A TRIGGER OR TRIGGERS EFFECT YOU? “TAAG” You’re It! Lived It, Learned It, Survived It!!!
