Tonight’s Teamwork 3. IDEAS COLLECTED BY “FLOATING BOATS” One person shares their best or favorite idea Facilitator will write down the theme of that idea on a “boat” If you have a similar idea, put your post-it on the boat We’ll go around until all ideas are collected

To make it work… STAY FOCUSED ON THE QUESTION AT HAND BE CONSIDERATE OF QUIET TIME Turn off cell-phones. Be considerate of others working around you.
