The conference global organization

We’ve noticed a strong rallying of the industry in general, showing that the necessity is ever present to communicate on this matter.

You’ve encouraged us in the variety of speakers and of topics addressed for this first edition. You are also satisfied with the format and course of the event.

The site and the performance were level with your expectations. Up to us now to keep up with this standard of quality for our next events.

A certain percentage of you have declared that the pre-enrollement service was to be improved. We will try to ease your registrations through our web site for the future events.

We have taken into account your satisfaction upon arrival and also that the documentation given to you was perfectible. For that matter, you suggested to have all the presentations in color. For our next edition, we will try our best to meet your expectations.

Event awareness

Your network and our web site yelded the most subscriptions. Don’t hesitate to keep them alive and to activate them in order to know and to share knowledge.

The speakers

You consider the variety of speakers and of addressed subjects as a factor of attractivity, that will also show in the remarks you made on the event. It also shows that you have a growing interest in a more conceptual view of Lean through speakers such as Pr Dan Jones, José Ferro … but also for practical exemples of Lean implementation. Therefore you’ll find soon all the presentations, for which we will have received a publication authorization, on a DVD available on our web site.

The future

The bulk of you wishes to have a yearly edition. The will of the Institut Lean France is to have at all time international experts that will show high quality presentation, which is hardly possible with a yearly edition. That’s why we’ve chosen an edition every other year. But between 2 summits, we’ll offer you 2 Practical Lean Day summit, and of course we hope you will be able to participate in our trainings and workshop all year long.

Considering your strong demand for visits of companies having implemented part of the Lean process, we will try our best to organize those. To answer your requests, we are looking into the possibility to organize such events and other activities for the Institut Lean France in other regional centers.

You suggested the following topics to be treated in the future:

-Lean in small businesses -Lean Development (engineering, industrialization) -Lean Services -Lean in supply Chain -Lean and the process industries -Definition of the tools (their position and their misuses) and of the KPIs -TPM -Managing best practices and cultural anchorage
