What is Talent Search? Talent Search, funded by the U.S. Department of Education under TRIO, is designed to help you explore career and educational options. SPARC/Talent Search services are used in addition to the counseling services provided at your school or agency.

Selecting There are so many wonderful opportunities available to you after high school, and many choices to be made. By identifying your own interests, values, and abilities you will be able to make a better selection.

Planning Great careers don’t just happen. They are planned! Increase the chances that you will find career satisfaction. SPARC/Talent Search will show you how to plan for the future.

AND RESEARCHING SPARC/Talent Search will help you research what you need to accomplish in order to prepare for future training and education. You will learn where to get the financial aid you need to attend the college or training program of your choice.

Careers There are over 20,000 CAREERS from which to choose. Talent Search/SPARC helps you become aware of the many alternatives open to you.
