The Páramo Partners Portal Retail is evolving!

The challenge We’d like to give you an extra tool to fulfil your customers’ wants and needs, in the easiest and quickest way possible…. We want customers to continue to visit you and benefit from your advice, knowledge and customer service – but to be able to select from the entire Páramo range…. We’d like you to be able to order for your customers, online 24/7, with the knowledge that we have the stock available…. Hence we have developed Páramo Partners - online ordering for your customers, through you.

The concept If a customer wants a garment that you don’t have in stock currently (or don’t stock at all), you can order that garment for them through the Páramo Partners online portal. The customer pays for the garment(s). The customer chooses a convenient delivery address (home, work or your shop…) and receives that garment direct from us. You receive a credit for handling that garment purchase – and you have a satisfied customer.

How does it work? You help the customer choose the garment or garments in the size and the colour they want from the Páramo Partners site, providing advice, guidance and assistance. You can confirm immediately online if the garment they want is in stock and available for them to buy. You take the money through your normal shop payment system or the customer can pay us direct through the Páramo Partners website. Páramo post the garment out, either to an address of the customer’s choice, or to your shop for them to collect.

How does it work? If the customer has paid you, Páramo will invoice your account for the £RRP. Whether they have paid us direct or paid you, you will receive your 30% credit on your account at the beginning of the next month. Similarly, at the end of the month, £4 per transaction for P&P will be subtracted from your account.

Why is Páramo doing this? To make the entire Páramo range accessible to your customers, even if you don’t currently stock it! To encourage you to sell our whole range without the need to stock every garment in every colour and size. To give us the opportunity to try new styles and colours without requiring you to invest in ‘untested’ stock.

What’s in it for me, the retailer? Quick availability of all Páramo stock to your customers – offering the potential for unlimited sales from a limited stock holding, with minimal risk. Garments can be despatched direct to your customer, so you don’t have to handle them. You receive a 30% credit for each sale through Páramo Partners, paid monthly – with no time spent ordering stock and no space required to hold stock. Páramo promotes you as a Páramo Partner to potential customers.

What’s in it for me, the retailer? You can make more money by selling outsizes, accessories, and garments in activity categories that you don’t specialise in. You can use the Páramo Partners portal to gain other activity specialisms by increasing your sales of items you don’t hold in stock. You gain access to possible limited edition and clearance garments via an Offers area on the site.

What are the requirements? You’ll have a range of Páramo on display in your shop (this system is designed to complement your existing stock, not replace it!). You’ll need a PC, with broadband connection, on which to peruse the available stock and make the order. You’ll have the facility to take your customers’ money!
