Status Draft document was balloted by API ballot closing on 1st October 2012. Ballot passed with 15 affirmative and 2 negative votes. Total of 473 comments, (editorial ~ 200), draft did not include latest SISS group comments. comments addressed, reviewing with negative voters to reach agreement. Plan to circulate updated document or submit for re-ballot.
