Representation structures in West Community Health and Care Partnership Public Partnership Forum West CHCP PPF

West CHCP Has a PPF and a Local Service User Network LSUN

The LSUN structure relates to Community Care Service Users and Carers and links into City Wide Service User representation and Community Care Planning

The PPF also has a focus on equalities in its widest sense and tries to draw from as wide a range of groups and individuals as possible

The PPF draws from 3 groups of people 45% local groups and organisations 40% committee reps from local projects 15% individuals All must be local residents of the CHCP area
