Hard-Copy Test Booklets – will be delivered to schools by TDC staff Copier Paper for Printing Student Scan Sheets – will be delivered to schools by TDC staff – schools are to use the paper provided (Husky Digital) to print the student pre-gridded scan sheets from the PM ADMS system. HOW TO PRINT PRE-GRIDDED STUDENT SCAN SHEETS
All Student Scan Sheets will need to be printed at least one day prior to testing Process may be centrally completed by an administration designee (Performance Matters School View Level access required for printing the Fall Diagnostics for the entire school) Note** All pre-grid answer sheets are available for print on October 1, 2014 (Elementary schools should secure all pre-grid answer sheets awaiting scanning) How to Print Pre-Gridded Student Scan Sheets

Errors may include – No Student ID Student did not bubble in some or all of Student ID number – Page is Blank Failed Processing Scan sheets were scanned upside down – All errors must be corrected in Scanview before the window closes How to View the status of the student scan sheets that have been scanned

You can quickly identify the scan batch files that may have errors by clicking the box next to “Show only problem sheets” to show all scan batches that need to be corrected How to View the status of the student scan sheets that have been scanned
“FailedProcessing” means the sheets were scanned in upside down Rescan the sheets to correct the error
How to View the status of the student scan sheets that have been scanned “false b” means that the sheet did not include a Student ID number Click on the blue number in the first column to correct the student ID number
