High level agreement (CEO, HRD) ‘Top-down’ authority to use at local level Network of shared best practice in employer engagement Single point of contact at employer for reporting This is in addition to any existing relationships

Phase 1 – Natspec Colleges Presented to Principals Forum 9th October Since 8th November, 50 colleges have been visited 30 have signed up 6 have declined 14 awaiting answer We have now started the ‘Employer phase’
