MALI Il Mali (in francese République du Mali) è uno stato ( km², abitanti[2]; capitale Bamako) dell'Africa occidentale situato all'interno e senza sbocchi sul mare. Il Mali confina a nord con l'Algeria, ad est con il Niger, a sud con il Burkina Faso e la Costa d'Avorio, a sud-ovest con la Guinea e ad ovest con il Senegal e la Mauritania. Dal 6 aprile 2012 l'Azauad, il territorio settentrionale del Paese, con capitale Gao, ha dichiarato unilateralmente la propria indipendenza.
