Welcome to your new software “4SCREEN”. We have developed an electronic signage system for meetings and conferences for the „Arabella Sheraton“ hotels in Frankfurt and Munich. The system being used there is unique. With this software you can realize electronic signage to your events reliably and uncomplicatedly.

Appointments for the meetings are displayed clearly arranged on LCD-displays. With this visual guidance your guests will be led to the conference and meeting rooms (signpost). By following this guidance, the guest will find the assigned electronic door panel in front of the room with the room name and information about the event`s content. Individual displays are possible anytime. Software “4SCREEN”.

In the lobby is a LCD-display which informs the guest about your actual hotel services. You are able to design your individual animated graphics with PowerPoint-software and underline the exclusiveness of your hotel. What do you offer, or which kind of offers your guest should not pass up? By performing multimedia formats (logos, PowerPoint, HTML, Flash, Video, Word, MP3, MPG etc.) you give your guest an overview of meetings and events or you can display any advertising. By input of user name (USER) and password you get access to the system. Login : Software “4SCREEN”.

Software “4SCREEN”. As soon as the appointment is entered, please use the „Send data“ button. Now you can see the newly added appointment in your schedule.

You can delete or edit the event by using the right mouse button. Software “4SCREEN”.

PowerPoint, Ticker and OnlineCam are other alternatives for displaying. Please select the chosen file, which you want to get displayed in the final system. Enter additional contents

Additional tool : (  Fading of images) You can display images of meetings/events from your digital camera. Those selected pictures can be illustrated on any display you like. They will be performed in a slideshow, with a time-slice based fade-in/ fade- out-effect. Software “4SCREEN-TOOL”.
