P3 You need to include the following subheadings: Comparing and selecting product providers Increased bargaining power Comprehensive and up-to-date product information Opportunities for lower costs through “dynamic pricing” Digital complaints service Opportunities to pool customer experiences

P3 continued You must include an example of a businesses for each of the sub headings you include in your work. Describe the benefit to the customer. How does the customer benefit from this?

M1 For M1 you must analyse each of the headings. This means going into detail and explaining how this actually benefits the customer. You need to answer the “why” part – e.g. why does the customer benefit from comparing product providers. How/why is this better than going into the store? Why is it more beneficial to have the Internet than going into the physical stores for the customer?
