 Seven of eight local schemes have now launched!  ELTIS Project of the Month – December 2012  Since June, new UK schemes have also launched in Falkirk, Nottingham, York City and Thurrock.  Coordination taking place between UK schemes through a UK Steering Group chaired by Barnsley  ECOSTARS-ZERO IEE proposal being developed as follow up to this project ECOSTARS news

Budgets, expenditure and transfers  Less than 15 months of the project left  We need to make sure that we maximise our collective budget claim so make sure you do spend your budget!  CDV have offered 20% of their budget to other partners (subject to EACI agreement) - €42k  Raise budget change requests for any significant changes within your budget or to offer to other partners  Budget changes need to happen whilst there is time to get spend the money!  Remember EACI rule on budget changes
