National Staff Meeting April 19 – 21, 2006 TERMS  HCMI will be the sole entity with authority to contract to market and recruit applicants for residency training in DOH Teaching & Training Hospitals.  DOH will be responsible in regard to Post Graduate Residency Training Program.
