District III AYSA ● FWSA ● GRJSA ● HSA ● KYSA ● MpVSA ● TPCJSA Representation Plan  Of the Year Awards  Representatives of District 3 associations will select the District 3 area representatives.  Representation at the state meetings  Representation on SOC.  One of the seven “MAR’s” appointed by MAR’s or association Presidents  District 3 would loose its vote in the same way Districts 4 and 5 gave up theirs

Protect them  Marketing and communication key to change  D3 winners move up to NPSL or RCL.
