Chello Media UK Chello Media sell a service called PCTV. They rebroadcast 10 channels of television over the internet using 10 Darim MV401exp with Windows Media 9. Subscribers login to the Chello Media Website and are able to watch the channels on their PC monitor. Chello Media is using the MV401exp to capture and encode the video content.
