Geography. Geographical location: North American Tundra: Latitude; 60o to 85o north. Longitude; 55o to 160o Tundra is a cold barren wasteland, includes snow, rocks, little variety of vegetation.

Zoology Many different animals live in the Arctic Tundra. They are as follows: Arctic fox Caribou Ermine Grizzly Bear Musk Ox Polar Bear Snowy Owl

Botany Plants of the Arctic Tundra… Low shrubs, sedges, reindeer mosses, liverworts, and grass 400 varieties of flowers. All plants are adapted to sweeping winds and disturbances of soil. Plants are short and grouped together to resist the cold temp. and are protected by snow during the winter.

Meteorology(Weather) & Human Influence Summer is a brief period of milder climates when the sun shines almost 24 hours day Summer only last 6-10 weeks.
