 Pesce al vapore (Steamed Fish) 1 whole fish (600g), 2 mushrooms, 3 Spring Onions, 3 slices ginger root, 2 table spoons soy sauce, 1 table spoon of rice wine, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 table spoon of peanut oil.
