New Core Overlay Requirement Overlay Requirements Fulfilling Courses Form (ZOAORFC) – Used to establish the rules for courses which can be used to fulfill each of the overlay requirements for the institutions Overlay Requirement Update Process (ZORORUP) – Used to satisfy the overlay requirements fulfilled by a student following the completion of a term Transcript Type Rules Form (ZHATPRT) – Updated to include a new check box for the Overlay Requirements. If checked, the requirements will be displayed on the USG Academic Transcript (ZHRTRTC) USG Academic Transcript (ZHRTRTC) – Modified to print the Overlay Requirements on the USG Academic Transcript if the check box is selected on the Transcript Type Rules Form (ZHATPRT)

GRITS UPDATES - Q4 Immunization Rules Form (ZOAGRIT) – Used to enter each immunization code and establish the rules for satisfying the immunization legislative requirement. Immunization Data Load Process (ZGRIDLD) – Modified to: Include the processing of rules established on the Immunization Rules form (ZOAGRIT). Include new parameter “Update Admissions Checklist” which will indicate the download and update process for the Immunization Information form (GOAIMMU) is complete Include new parameter “Admissions Checklist Code” where users will enter the code from the STVADMR table (admissions checklist items) for the Immunization Information form (GOAIMMU) which the process will utilize to update the ‘received date’ field on SAAADMS and mark this checklist item as complete.
